Made Pasta Pernata with garlic bread for dinner with friends, turned out perfect! 

(not dry, the egg crust was soft and fluffy, and the sauce was delicious!)

Finally had a night out dancing musica tipica (bachata, merengue, salsa).  Yes, it's a Wednesday, but I don't teach the rest of the week, it's essentially my weekend.
