There's a festival down the street from where I live and it seems all the school kids in Santiago go there for a field trip.  It's not all that interesting, it's just a bunch of companies showing their products.

My favorite thing is how every car blasts music, including school buses.  Here you can see students hanging out the window and the whole bus singing along to Romeo Santos
